Volunteers in Police Services (VIPS)

Strengthening our Community, One Volunteer at a Time

446A1616

The Brea Police Department is proud of its innovative volunteer program, the Brea Police VIPS (Volunteers in Police Service). This program than just volunteering; it's a bridge between the police department and the heart of the community, where residents, business owners, and Brea-based company employees join forces to create a safer, more vibrant city.

Building bridges, not walls: Through diverse perspectives and dedicated service, VIPs strengthens the bond between the department and the public, fostering mutual trust and understanding.

Serving in more ways than one: VIPS isn't just about supporting the police. Our volunteers provide a wide range of essential services to the community, from assisting with patrol activities and educational programs, to organizing events and promoting safety awareness. Every role, big or small, makes a tangible difference.

Beyond the badge: VIPS are ambassadors of Brea's spirit. They represent the department and the community with pride, promoting positive interactions and building trust. It's a chance to be the face of positive change, and wear the Volunteer badge with honor.

More than just volunteering, it's VIPS: VIPS offers a unique blend of challenge, purpose, and camaraderie. Expect exciting opportunities, meaningful connections, and a chance to make a real impact. Be part of something special, something fun, something that matters.

Join the Brea Police VIPS and become a vital part of our community's safety and well-being. Together, we can build a stronger, brighter Brea, one volunteer at a time.
