Please note: The current inspection turnaround time is typically forty-eight (48) hours. While it is not a guarantee that you will get the day you requested, staff makes every effort to accommodate all inspection requests.
Canceling an Online Inspection
- All online inspection requests must be cancelled through the online system
- Please do not leave a message on the recorded line to cancel an online inspection
Canceling a Voicemail Request Line Inspection
- All voicemail inspection requests must be cancelled by calling (714) 990-7600
Inspection Schedule

- The posted inspection list is not in the order they will be completed
- Inspection timeframes are AM or PM preference
- AM timeframes are between 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
- PM timeframes are between 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Inspection schedules are posted for the next working day at 5:00 p.m.
