Small Business Clinic

Each year, the City of Brea partners with the Orange County/Inland Empire Chapter of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide a free business clinic for the business community. This year, the Small Business Clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., in Community Rooms A & B at the Brea Civic and Cultural Center. Registration is open, and interested entrepreneurs can register here

Business Connect

The City of Brea now offers Business Connect Hours, where businesses, property owners, and entrepreneurs can drop-in to the Brea Civic & Cultural Center to obtain a variety of resources and one-on-one interaction with City staff, aimed to help navigate how to start, manage, and grow your business. Resources include, but are not limited to:

  • Retail Visitation/Foot-Traffic Analysis Reports
  • Site Selection Assistance
  • Tenant Identification/Void Analysis
  • Local Demographics
  • Permit/Entitlement Process Navigation
  • Business License Information
  • Resource Referrals
