Sidewalk Vending Permit - Effective January 1, 2019, no person shall engage in any sidewalk vendor activities without first applying for and receiving a permit from the City. All vendors must ensure compliance with the requirements outlined in city’s Resolution No. 2021-048 and Sidewalk Policy. Every person shall apply for the permit prior to engaging in any vending and pay the appropriate fee established by City Council. A sidewalk vendor permit is non-transferable and shall expire on December 31 of the current calendar year. To renew your permit, you must resubmit an application.
