Questions have been received at City Hall over the past few weeks as several operations have left flyers in various neighborhoods. Curb painting operations sometimes suggest public safety or neighborhood beautification as a need. The City of Brea does NOT endorse curb painting and has NOT issued any business licenses for this service. Residents should use discretion and may elect to pay for this service as a personal choice.
