A new development project located at 3200 Nasa Street (at the northwest corner of Surveyor Ave. & Nasa St.) is scheduled to be constructed by Oltmans Construction.
This project includes the construction of an extension to the Tracks at Brea bike trail. This construction requires a closure to the existing bike trail located adjacent to the development. As such pedestrian access will be rerouted by a detour for the Tracks at Brea that directs pedestrians from the intersection of S. Kraemer Blvd. & Orbiter St., south to the intersection of Imperial Hwy & S. Kraemer Blvd., east to the intersection of Imperial Hwy & Valencia Ave., north to the intersection of Valencia Ave. & Nasa St., and west to the intersection of Nasa St. & Surveyor Ave.
These detours will remain in place for the full duration of the project, estimated to last 11 months, from August 18, 2025, through July 22, 2026.
