The Brea Fire Department presents a free community event, Community Emergency Situational Awareness Training (CESAT) on Friday, November 4th. This training consists of videos, lectures, and hands-on training. The two-hour course will cover hands only CPR, choking, strokes/seizures, sudden cardiac arrest, drug overdose, and more.
