The City of Brea’s 22nd Annual Wellness Festival will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Wellness Festival offers both the clinical side to wellness, including comprehensive medical screenings, nutritional supplements and an integrative approach such as pet therapy, aromatherapy, and various mind-body methodologies. We also include the “fun factor,” providing a live DJ with cutting-edge fitness demonstrations, free mini massages (compliments of the Brea Fitness massage therapists), heart-healthy samples from various local restaurants, and much more.
The intention of the Wellness Festival is to expose the community to the various dimensions of health and wellness, including Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Emotional, Environmental and Occupational. Our goal is to offer the community an innovative and informative event featuring interactive booths that the whole family will enjoy.
