The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is conducting a a pavement rehabilitation project in Chino Hills on State Route (SR) 142 (Carbon Canyon). The project is eastbound and westbound from the Orange County line to Chino Hills Parkway. Weather permitting, the project will be completed by the end of December, 2019. While this Caltrans project is in Chino Hills, traffic on Carbon Canyon Road in Brea will be intermittently impacted during work hours.
