Caltrans continues an ADA Improvement Project on two Brea Intersections: SR 142 (Carbon Canyon Rd.)/Valencia Avenue and SR 142/Santa Fe Road. Caltrans is scheduled to install traffic loops by Sept. 21. Following Caltrans inspection and final approval, commuters can expect the signal timing to be corrected.
