Council Member Roy Moore was elected to the Brea City Council in November 1998 and reelected in 2002, 2006 and 2010. He served as Mayor in 2001, 2006, and 2011. Prior to being elected to the City Council, he served as Chairman of the Cultural Arts Commission.
His professional career includes more than 30 years of experience in Finance, including 27 years in various financial management positions at Rockwell International, and five years as Chief Financial Executive for Reuland Electric Company.
