Mayor Brett Murdock, Council Member Ron Garcia and Council Member Roy Moore were honored for their service to the Brea Community at tonight's City Council meeting. Council Members elect Cecilia Hupp, Glenn Parker and Steve Vargas took the oath of office and were officially seated to serve four-year terms.
