Call for Art: 41st Annual Made in California Juried Exhibition

Taking submissions now through Feb. 6, 2026

Open to: 18+ California artists, any medium/media & skill level

It's that time again! Submit your art to be part of our annual juried exhibition: Made in California! This regional exhibition explores the trends, styles, subject matters, and talent of California artists from the past three years. MICA strives to highlight artists in all stages of their careers and offers them a chance to compete for a number of cash prizes, as well as the coveted solo show opportunity. If you've been looking for a way to work with us, now's your chance! Submission Types

Juried Submission: Submit 1-10 pieces to be juried for Made in California.
Solo Show Submission: Submit 5-10 pieces with an accompanying Artist Statement for the opportunity to showcase a body of work running concurrent to Made in California. Submissions not accepted for the Solo Show opportunity will be pooled into the jurying process for Made in California - your work gets reviewed twice!

Qualifications

Ages 18 and Older
Valid California Address
Artwork must be from the past three years (2022-2026)
All mediums welcome
All skill levels welcome
No restrictions/requirements around theme/subject matter

Exhibition Dates: April 25 - June 28, 2026
