Call for Art: Made in California

Deadline to Submit: February 7, 2025

Our annual call for art closes soon! Be sure to get you submission in before 11:59 PM on Friday, February 7, 2025 for your chance to be part of our biggest show! This annual juried exhibit showcases artwork from all over the state of California. MICA strives to highlight artists in all stages of their careers and offers them a chance to compete for a number of cash prizes, as well as the coveted solo show opportunity. This regional show features artwork from an extensive variety of mediums and explores creative movements happening in California.

Qualifications: Must be a CA resident, ages 18+

Submission Types:
Juried Submission - Submit 1-10 pieces for jurying for "Made in California" exhibition
Solo Show Submission - Submit 1-10 cohesive pieces with an accompanying artist statement for a chance to have a Solo Exhibition run concurrent to the "Made in California" exhibition. Works not selected for the Solo Show opportunity will be juried for the greater "Made in California" exhibition.
Gallery Member / Brea Resident Submission - Submit a FREE Solo Show (1-10 pieces) if you are a Gallery Member or city of Brea resident

Accepted Art: All mediums are welcome and encouraged to apply!
