Construction for Arovista Park East (Phase One) will begin the week of May 6, 2024 with an anticipated completion of Summer 2025. The contractor will be working between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The first few weeks of the project will see minimal construction activity, though project fencing will go up which will limit east/west access across the park, as well as limit parking in the lot off of Sievers Avenue and Elm Street. Heavy construction and grading operations are expected to begin mid-June 2024.
