As part of the 57/Lambert Interchange Improvement Project, Caltrans will be closing the newly constructed northbound 57 freeway loop on-ramp, at Lambert Road, to complete final improvements. The closure is scheduled to begin Thursday, May 11 at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to re-open in mid-June. During the closure, the left turn lane onto the northbound 57 freeway straight on-ramp will be open. For safety, please follow detour signs and guidance from Caltrans crews and traffic patrol.
Caltrans appreciates the public’s patience while we perform this work. Electronic Changeable Messages Signs will notify drivers of the construction/closure. The work schedule is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials, and/or construction-related issues.
