The City of Brea and Republic Services will be giving away compost for FREE on Saturday, April 20, from 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Tri City Park, 2301 N Kraemer Blvd. Placentia. Please bring your own containers to fill (no bags). There is a limit of 60 gallons per household, while supplies last.
Compost creates healthier soil by adding organic matter and improving soil structure. Healthy soil uses water more efficiently, allowing available water to flow toward your plants' roots, storing water in the soil longer, and reducing runoff and erosion.
