Last night the Brea City Council certified the November 6, 2018 General Municipal Election Results; and incumbents Cecilia Hupp, Glenn Parker and Steve Vargas took their oaths of office for their four-year terms. The Council also appointed Christine Marick as Mayor and Marty Simonoff as Mayor Pro Tem. They will serve in that capacity for one year until the City Council reorganizes again in December 2019.
