The City of Brea Health & Wellness Expo is an annual event that brings together local health and fitness professionals and practitioners to share information and resources with the Brea community. The expo is a great opportunity to learn about new health and fitness trends, get tips on how to improve your overall health, and find services or products that can help you reach your wellness goals. The expo is free to attend and open to the public.
